Johnson & Johnson also ranks as the fourth largest pharmaceutical company in the world and the third largest in North America. Five of the company's products have achieved blockbuster status (sales of more than $1 billion each), with four more having sales exceeding $500 million. Pharmaceuticals represent 59 percent of total Johnson & Johnson revenue.
